The Black moon visit

On the new moon's night, explore the Museum under the light of Hecate's torches, goddess of the Moon, fearsome queen of the shadows, at the crossroads between the inferno, the earth and the heavens... But don't be afraid: she has a lot of stories to tell you.

Hecate is a Goddess originally from the oriental parts of the Roman Empire where her worship is most known. In our regions, her presence is so rare, that the discovery of a stunning figurine representing her is astonishing and raises a series of passionating questions.

Visit in French, in the dark, with flashlights. The participants can take their own flashlights.

Thesday 26 November 2019, at 7pm.
