Let the amphitheatre surprise you!
The amphitheater site will open its doors for European Heritage Days on September 12 and 13, 2026.
On this occasion, 1.5-hour guided tours will be offered , departing from the Roman Museum in Nyon. The tour, which takes visitors from the temporary exhibition “Amphitheater?” to the archaeological site, provides a better understanding of the building’s unique features, its history, and the preservation project.
Explore the amphitheater at your own pace. The archaeological site will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. without a break.
European Heritage Days are also being held at the Château de Nyon. Admission is free all weekend at Nyon’s three museums.
