Roman days of Nyon



After the success of the first edition on 11 June 2016, the Roman Museum of Nyon decided to regularise the event, and reconduct the every two years.

This event is the achievement of y very old deside of the Roman Museum, to explore archaeological studies in a lively and accessible to the public manner. It gives the opportunity to gather passionnate professionals, who work on reviving the roman era, and curious visitors, eager to discover the secrets of Antiquity. It also brings Nyon's roman past to the fore, the Roman colony created by Julius Caesar, under the name of Colonia Iulia Equestris.
