Did the Romans grow tomatoes in their gardens? Did they eat French fries? How did they preserve their harvest? From the Roman garden on the museum roof to the ceramic plate in the display cases, discover the culinary preferences of Nyon’s ancient inhabitants.
Guided tours Saturday May 24 and Sunday May 25 at 2pm.
These activities are part of the “Natures en fête” event, which will take place between the Esplanade du Château and the Esplanade des Marronniers, as well as in Nyon’s three museums.
Opening hours: Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm (8pm for restaurants and bars), Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
Nyon’s three museums open their doors free of charge on both days of the weekend.
