“Quel pot!” Summer Workshops

The “Quel pot!” workshop immerses you in the world of ancient ceramics. Plates, bowls, cups, amphorae, and jugs: this art took all kinds of forms. Now it’s your turn to get your hands dirty and create your own clay tableware, then decorate it to your liking, just like the ancient Romans did.

This activity is part of the summer workshops offered by the Roman Museum of Nyon. Throughout the season, children and parents are invited to explore daily life in the Roman world through various workshops: mosaics, pottery, shields, board games, and ex-votos… so many opportunities to travel back in time!
